Our law firm has noticed that Weinhold Legal's name is being misused to send out fraudulent emails, not actually sent by us, warning of alleged intellectual property infringement, e.g. with the subject line "OFICIÁLNÍ VAROVÁNÍ OHLEDNĚ PORUŠENÍ AUTORSKÝCH PRÁV". These messages are sent from various email addresses, but not from our @weinholdlegal.com domain, and may contain malicious links.

    Weinhold Legal assisted Leo Mobility Management with the entry of an investor and the purchase of dozens of railcars

    Weinhold Legal assisted the rolling stock leasing company Leo Mobility Management (LMM) with the entry of a new investor, CREDITAS Rail, which acquired a 51% stake in this company and also in the company Leo Mobility Holding. Comprehensive legal advice included the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation.

    In addition, Weinhold Legal also assisted with the purchase of 72 railcars from their Dutch owner for subsequent future lease. The cooperation also included the preparation of the loan documentation for the financing of this significant multi-million Euro transaction.
