In 2005-2018, Weinhold Legal has been ranked among Top 7 M&A legal advisors in the Czech market by volume (i.e. a number of deals) in the Mergermarket legal advisors league tables for M&A transactions. In Q1 2013, Weinhold Legal was ranked 7th and in Q1 2014 the firm has been ranked 8th by deal value for the whole Central Eastern European region (which includes also numerous CEE jurisdictions and Russia). The tables are based on global M&A transactions of over US$ 5m; for deals where the stake transfer is below 30%, the minimum deal value for inclusion increases to US$ 100m.
