Pav has worked in Weinhold Legal since 1998. Prior to joining Weinhold Legal, Pav worked in London and Hong Kong and was a senior associate at the English branch of Andersen Legal, Andersen Legal Garretts from 1995-1998, where he specialised in commercial litigation and arbitration, both international and domestic. In Pav specialises in real estate and mergers and acquisitions work for inward investing multinational clients from the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Western Europe. The types of projects Pav has been involved with include acquisitions and disposals, privatisations, commercial leasing and real estate development and real estate finance for banks and borrowers. Pav has represented many local and international real estate and corporate clients, including CEFC, CBRE, Discovery Group, Red Group, Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, NAMA, Allied Irish Banks, Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited, Investec, McKechnie Group, Avestus (Quinlan Private Golub), Tyco International, Unilever, Citibank, YIT, Wall Street English, Kartesia Credit Opportunities, ManpowerGroup, Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, Toni & Guy, Penta Investments and ORCO Group.
